Terms and conditions

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Parts are manufactured after your order is placed. Standard lead time is four to six weeks from payment, and we will tell you if a batch runs longer.

Production runs are small. If a part sells out before your order is confirmed, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe.

We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before proceeding.

Fitment is listed for each part and taken from measurements of real vehicles. Modified interiors, aftermarket parts and factory variations can affect fit.

If you are unsure, contact us with your model and year before ordering. We are happy to check.

We ship Australia wide with tracking. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within seven days if anything arrived damaged.

Because parts are made to order, we do not offer change of mind returns.

You are always entitled to a replacement or refund if a part is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would. Contact us with photos and your order number and we will arrange it at our cost.

Plating is warranted for 24 months against lifting, clouding and peeling in normal use inside a vehicle. The warranty does not cover abrasive polishes, solvents, exterior mounting or damage from installation.

This warranty sits alongside the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Parts are supplied for you or your installer to fit. We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, or for labour costs incurred fitting a part.

Designs, photography, text and the chr0me.au name remain our property. Please do not copy our parts or reuse our images without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the part or refunding what you paid for it.
